STEPH SIGHTING
The Warriors got a positive development when Stephen Curry returned to practice on Wednesday following a six-game absence due to an ankle injury. He is currently listed as probable for Friday's game against the Hawks, and if he's able to return for that game, it will be a huge boost to a Warriors team in dire need of one, as the Dubs have been hit hard by the injury bug and their recent play has suffered a bit as a result. Curry scored 28 points in 24 minutes against the Hawks in Atlanta back on March 2nd, and Golden State would love nothing more than to see a repeat performance, health-permitting.

TEAM LEADERS

ATLANTA SCOUTING REPORT
The Hawks have made the playoffs 10 years in a row, but that streak will come to an end this season. With a record of 21-51, Atlanta is currently tied with Orlando for the worst record in the Eastern Conference. They had lost six in a row prior to a 99-94 win in Utah on Tuesday, which was only their sixth road victory so far this season. Only Memphis (five) has fewer road wins this season, which could prove troublesome considering Atlanta will take on the Warriors on the back end of a road back-to-back on Friday night. Dennis Schroder scored a season-high 41 points in that win over the Jazz, including 17 in the decisive fourth quarter, and he leads Atlanta with averages of 19.5 points and 6.2 assists per game this season. It’s been a struggle on both ends of the court, as the Hawks rank in the bottom third of the league in both offensive and defensive rating. They were edged 114-109 by the Warriors in their only prior meeting this year, but Golden State was basically at full strength in that game. The Dubs have since suffered numerous injuries to key players, which could level the playing field on Friday night.
